The poll is invalid. Here is a way to fix it. Take out the 2 factors that were most likely currupted, that is the "45mph"( since that is what any supporter of the bill would vote) and the "no limit"...

I personally would never touch anyone elses property to move it no matter what the case. Do damage to it... you might just own it. Was it unneighborly to just install it without talking to you?? No....
