As real estate agents we get bombarded with emails about new properties coming on the market, open houses, and price reductions. And I do mean bombarded. We also get emails from people and companies offering all kinds of services to improve our businesses, get new clients, and sell more houses....

Lake Winnipesaukee and Lake Winnisquam Waterfront Sales Report - August 2015


There were twenty waterfront sales on Lake Winnipesaukee in August at an average price of $1,156,045 and a median price point of $832,950. That’s pretty awesome! It brings our total number of sales for the year to an even 100 at an average price of $1,133,602. That is a 26.5% increase over the 79 units sold last year with the average price coming in at $1,086,400. So things are moving pretty well...

The median price point came in at $269,900 meaning that there were 626 homes at or below that price point. That’s a lot of affordable property. There were 375 homes available under $200,000.
