The rainbows of Shannon Pond have made it nicely through another winter in the shallow pond. Now they have to wait a few more weeks for the Castle tour season to begin so that they may again be regularly fed in the grand manner to which they have become accustomed. The food dispensers have not yet been installed at the feeding dock, but one man yesterday went to the carriage house where he apparently bought some pellets and returned to the dock (where the trout have been patiently waiting since the ice left) and provided them with a small snack.
