'Not sure, but if that's a White Perch, Otters are limiting their increasing numbers. I see White Perch occasionally "ailing" along rocky shore lines, so that may not be exactly a "live-fighting-catch". A closeup photo of an Otter is rare-enough: one with a "catch" is unbelievable!
