Mt Roberts, at Castle in the Clouds, is the 4th highest mountain in the Ossipee Range. A clearing at its summit provides an expansive view to the north, showing some of NH's most impressive peaks, from Mt Moosilauke in the west to Mt Chocorua in the east. Between those are famous peaks such as Lincoln of the Franconia Range and Washington of the Presidential Range. This photo shows a small part of that expansive view. A very scenic trail leads hikers over Roberts Ridge to the summit and provides fine views to the south of Winnipesaukee and the Belknaps, etc.
