There is a video of the fire available at the Alton Library, it's kind of upsetting to watch. My very first date was to the movies there, in a 1946 Chris Craft!

I've seen that video Tallyho and it is heartwrenching to watch. They seem to be moving so slow. I keep wanting to tell them to hurry up!
