People seem to enjoy watching the huge rainbows rise as they compete for the food pellets tossed to them by visitors at the Castle. The tourist operation is closed for the season, so the fish (and frequently ducks and geese) will have slim pickings for quite a while. The fish will soon be subject to a long period of isolation under the ice.
