Copple Crown has 2 summits with views - this is the view southerly from the east summit. The mountains occupying the left half of the mid-ground make up the Moose Mt Range. The 3 small mts on the far center horizon make up the Blue Hills Range. The lake at the right is Merrymeeting Lake. A thin sliver of very bright light, which the photo doesn't pick up, displayed the Atlantic Ocean, a little south of the Portsmouth area. The west peak offers a somewhat more restricted view of Lake Winnipesaukee and the Belknaps and Ossipees.
