I joined 2 pix to provide both a closeup and a picture with context. This delightful sculpture in wood of a somewhat stocky, but otherwise elegant, giraffe graces the lawn of a Gilford residence. Like some gatekeeper, it stands in an alert pose at the beginning of a fairly long driveway.
