Suncook is in the western part of the Belknaps, immediately west of Round Pond, whose western shores are on the east side of the mountain. It is one of the few mountains in the range that have no trails to their summits, unless you count an unmarked, very primitive path that leads there. It has a very flat summit, with several wavy ridges of little elevation difference - most of these multiple summits are covered thickly by long-undisturbed stands of spruce trees, as seen in this photo of the true summit.
