From what I saw today it appears that Docks Unlimited is preparing to repair the under pinnings of the boat house next to the Oak Birch Inn site in Alton Bay. They are using very large (square) wood blocks and placing them under the boat house. I saw 1 in place at the front corner of the boat house. They were actually working in the rain today. You can see one person right in front of the front arm of the excavator.
The boat house has a stone foundation under 1/3 to 1/2 of it from the road side. Could be more but I could not see it.
