This is the 1st new cottage that was built on the tip of Echo Point prior to 1968. The photo is 1968.
Today this cottage does not look the same nor is it alone anymore.
I remember a basic cottage just around the tip with the lot was $6,000. My Dad thought that was way too much. That one sold a few years later for $18,000. I believe today it is yellow - on the NW side of Echo Point
