While wandering through the foothills of the Belknaps I came upon this tree house-deer camp. Perhaps having the structure well above the ground reduces the likelihood that the human scent will be noticeable at ground level, where the deer will be travelling as they pass through the area. Bow-hunting season is going on now and the rifle season should open soon.
