A shot from near the end of the North Shore Road through an opening in the trees. The terrain is very rugged along much of this road, and, at this spot, the road down in to the cottage is very steep, not one you would want to travel in the winter. But the forest covering these slopes is very mature and picturesque, dense and dark and evoking some sense of the natural world of a more primeval time.
