Frisky Hill is in Gilmanton - the Province Road, built back in colonial times, passes over several high ridges, including Frisky Hill, which exhibit grand vistas and provide a nice scenic ride for folks seeking to enjoy the colors of fall. Here the view is to the NE - the background mountains are about 20 miles distant.
