Photo from the west balcony, above the Castle entrance. From this spot one can see all of the high mountain peaks that are part of the Castle estate. Mt Shaw, even tho it is by far the highest of the peaks (2990'), is also the farthest away from the Castle, so only a thin slice of its summit is seen, its highest point hidden behind the much smaller Middle Mt. The dark blob at the upper right is one of the huge oak support beams holding up the balcony roof.
