A much-climbed mountain, especially by folks seeking entry to the 4000 Footer Club. The Blueberry Ledge Trail, the primary trail to the peak from Wonalancet, passes over the long ridge leading to the top at the right-center in the photo. At the mountain's base, to the right & hidden here behind trees, is The Bowl, a large ravine that is the focus of The Bowl Natural Area in the Sandwich Range Wilderness and is a unique area of importance to the study of wildlife in the northeast.
