Just Sold Senior Member Registered: April 2004 Location: Suncook, NH, but at The Lake at Heart Posts: 2,615	This shows the location of the former Cascades home in Alton which burned in the early 60's. Lightning was believed to have started the fire. The boat house on the right and a garage are all that is left of the original lake front buildings. The property consisted of extensive lake frontage in both directions (N & S). To the left is a Chalet type cottage which is beside the Cascades Falls. The falls are now obscured by trees now. See related photo. Taken 9/21/04
