I have enjoyed seeing this frog for years. It's nice to know who paints it.
Thanks susiecue

Wow -- that's been an icon for our family for years. Whenever we pass it on the road, I say (in my deepest, froggiest voice) "FROGROCK"... Cool to see a person associated with it. Now -- the real questions -- how long have you been painting it?

Hello,
The original painter of the rock is my late grandfather Clarence Ripley Sr, I have been painting the frog rock since my grandfather passed away in 1991. He started painting it when I was a kid. I just touched him up for fall when I was up there a few weeks ago. I have an article I can copy and send to you. A couple years ago when I was painting it a reporter stopped and wrote an article. There were also many articles over the years in the Granite State news paper about our Frog. His name is Homer by the way. My grandfather named him that. Thats what my grandfather loved the most was people admiring the frog and stopping and having pictures taken with the Frog. thanks for loving the FrogRock Susie Ripley
