Looking at the distance view it makes me wonder if this was taken at the beach at the channel entrance to the West Alton Marina. This is the only beach I know of in the West Alton area with the gentle slope into the water.

While they're not directly "on the beach", there's a family camp located near me with fifty (!) of these tents nestled invisibly in Wolfeboro pines. All have a Lake Winnipesaukee view.



Like the tents pictured, they're also canvas tents with wood platforms—but about 2X larger in every dimension.
