A view to the west from Eagle Cliff, on the NW shoulder of Red Hill. Most of Squam Lake and much of the Squam Range make up most of the scene. Tenney and Prospect Mts are peaks further back to the west, but the other named peaks are of the Squam Range. Below Mt Webster, at the center of the photo is E Rattlesnake Mt, and behind it, slightly hidden, is W Rattlesnake Mt, the most popular hiker's destination of the Squam area. A fairly easy path leads to a large cliff face that provides excellent views over most of Squam Lake and mountains to the south and west.
