The date of this pic is: Date: Thu January 3, 2008
This looks more like Summer than Winter...
You do remember that a request was made for pics to be dated, when happened?

Hi GWC,
Sorry you feel confused. The date on the photo file is when the photo was posted on photoPost, not having anything to do with when the picture was taken. I took this photo with my old Minolta Freedom 35mm camera and have never been one to take a picture and run down to the nearest 1hr photo developing shop so as to post it here the same day. I have been taking photos here in the Lakes Region for over 25 years. At times I have not taken a roll of film to be developed for six months or even longer. So as you can hopefully understand, this photo has a date up in the top right hand corner, (March of 1989) and I'm not sure that it could have been taken on that exact date.
If all else fails, trust as I do, our Webmaster Don's judgement in this photos approval process.
