Longstack Mt in S. Wolfeboro is a relatively small mountain (1223'), but it does have a very large set of ledges on its SW flank. Ledge stretches across nearly 2/3 of that side of the mountain, and, as shown by the mature pines at the top of the set of ledges, they are very steep, and probably between 100 - 200 ft high from top to bottom. They are an impressive sight when viewed from a mountain higher than Longstack.
