Just Sold Senior Member Registered: April 2004 Location: Suncook, NH, but at The Lake at Heart Posts: 2,615	6/29/04 - This property has really deteriorated thru the years. Note the lean on right side. I hope someone fixes it up. I remeber this boat house when it was converted to 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a few years later sold for $27,500 at a sealed bid auction. Property was owned by GMAC due owner relocation. My father was out bid by $500.

Actually, this place is in much better shape than it was a couple of years ago. You should have seen in the early to mid-1990's. I thought it was going to go right into the lake.
