A century ago Ossipee Mt Park (now Castle in the Clouds) was a noted resort for the rich and famous. A chief feature of the park was a path along Shannon Brook that had many beautiful falls and other delightful scenes. This was the first falls viewed as patrons walked that path. The path was abandoned long ago, but the new owners (LRCT) may consider eventually reopening it to the public.
