mcdude: thanks for the offer. The cabin in the picture will be demolished this winter. We will start building ASAP, and probably won't be done until Fall, 2012. We plan on living their from May to Nov. My son loves to snow board so we will be up occasionally during the winter. We don't plan on it being a rental, but you know how things change.
