Mt Bet, Molly and Rattlesnake are local mountains of New Durham. Canaan, Sentinel and Knox mountains are peaks of the eastern Ossipees, while Roberts, Faraway, Turtleback, Middle, Tate, Black Snout and Shaw are Ossipee Mts to the west of Mt Bet in this photo. Flat Mt, Tripyramid, Sleeper, Whiteface, Passaconaway, Chocorua and the 3 Sisters are mountains of the Sandwich Range. On the right, Pierce, Franklin, Monroe and Washington are the eastern half of the Presidential Range. Some of the Presidentials are obscured by clouds swirling around the weather-brewing peak of Mt Washington.
