For the past 3 years a mansion has been under construction on a low shoulder of Piper Mt, on the NW side of the mountain. The house was for sale at an auction recently, but no one met the 7 million dollar low limit the seller required. As an example of the luxuries included in the house consider one newspaper report - amenities include a 32,000-gallon indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, an exercise room, a theater and 11 high-definition televisions.
