Well from what I can see the car facing us is a Chrysler product from the 40's the car heading way is a GM product also in the 40's older than 49. If that MAC across the way on his dock?

48 Chrysler I believe as my dad had one of these. Can't be sure of the other car but I agree with gtxrider it is a 40's GM.

My dad a had a 48 Plymouth with suicide doors. He also has a 48 Chevy.
