Well there is a 65 Chevy in front of the post Post Office so it would be after September of 1964. The big Chrysler land cruiser looks to be late 50's HUGE FINS!

The Land Cruiser is a 57 Plymouth. The white 4 dr. is a 64/5 Buick Skylark.

On the other side of the white 4 dr. is a 64/5 Buick Skylark it looks like a 62-65 Chevy II Wagon.
