I came tothe Lakes Region at an erly age round 1941. My dad built a cottageon what was called then Shaker Jerry Road(now Wentworth Shores Rd) He bought 900 ft. of shore front and put up the cottage with the help of a friend and a carpenter, all for $2000. My daughter and he usband live in it now. We came summers until around 1972 when we move here. From 1981 to 1998 I worked at Castle In The Clouds, summer and winter.
