We have Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals available during June (including Bike Week), July 12 - 19 and August 9 - August 30. Beautiful private sandy beach with beach chairs and both sun and shade, swim raft, pool and tennis/pickleball court. Just a 5 minute walk to the Bank of NH Pavilion. The new large boat/sundeck with tables and umbrellas is a great place to hang and view the Lake, mountains, etc. and has assigned boat slips. Ours is a deep water slip that will accommodate up to a 26' boat. Our cottage has 2 bedrooms plus a loft (king and 2 queen beds). Maximum of 6 people. Individual split ACs and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area, Wi-Fi, gas grill, picnic tables and parking just outside the rear door. NO Pets.
Weekly Rate - $2100 (Includes boat slip & mandatory $100 YCV resort fee)
Refundable Security Deposit - $250
