38' Premier slip available on an extended dock into Smith's Cove. The dock consists of approx. 10 slips and is second from the end on the left side including water and power supply. It is also close to the designated loading/unloading right off the dock as well as one of the two bath houses for super convenience. The slip includes access to the clubhouse, two separate bath houses with toilets and showers and an outdoor storage rack for Kayak next to very small beach area. Ice and two laundry rooms are available for small fee on site. A boat lift is available for a fee up to 25k pounds. GYC is also in virtual walking distance to Patrick's Pub, Music Pavilion (Bank NH Pavilion) and the gorgeous Gilford town beach, plus a tremendous much more. Slip also includes winter storage. Slip is for the 2025 season . These large slips are hard to come by and don't last !
