Island Pest control and cleaning

My brother's cabin on Cow Island had a serious mouse infestation this winter. He is looking for it to be seriously cleaned (many contaminated items removed) assessment of repairs needed since they chewed wires, and a way to figure out their entrances and plug them up.
If you know of anyone who works on the islands (either cleaners or pest control) please let me know! Thank you.

Sounds like your brother could use a couple of aggressive cats!
