Default Concord Coach Suspending Bus Service

https://www.wmur.com/article/concord...virus/31933954

Hopefully, this will not be long term. We have relied on Concord Coach to get to and from Boston Logan Airport. We might need to find viable alternatives.

Default ..... and leave the drivn' to us!

Still making that Plymouth, NH to Boston, MA-North Station run today on Thursday and tomorrow on Friday for something like $15.40, one-way.

Probably be a bus that's totally empty of other passengers, but all you need to do is go cough-cough-cough ........ and everyone will put some distance between them and you ...... guaranteed! ........

I am not sure if this is a price that will hold long term but I have had the same issue. Yesterday I checked one way car rentals and Logan to Laconia was about $50 including fees and taxes with Enterprise. That is slightly more than the cost for two on the bus and it gets you closer to the lake.

Earlier this year I drove from Gilford to Exeter and dropped a vehicle in Exeter. I just reserved a one way rental for when I return in early April. Total cost Logan to Exeter was $41, again almost the same as the bus for two.

It seems like it would be worth looking into in the future, even when the buses are running again. It might be better than leaving a vehicle in Concord or asking a friend to pick you up.

As long as you trust the Rental Agency to disinfect...or you do it yourself.

Does anyone know of a pick-up/delivery company?

When I get to the Lake, I'll have to return the car and get home in Meredith...Being by myself. Any suggestions? I know Enterprise advertises this service at some locations.

Has anyone used taxi service in the area? As far as I know Uber and Lyft don't exist there yet.

What about other pick services from Logan? It's usually easier to get to the Lakes region from Logan than from Manchester.

ASL Limousine had an ad in today’s Laconia Citizen. They service both Boston and Manchester Airports. Telephone number 603-630-8229

Default OAK to MHT

Hi Gary

We always use OAK, because we always fly Southwest. It may be a little further from us than SJC, but the traffic to OAK is more consistent.

Summer flights are usually thru Midway or Baltimore

Default Another shuttle service

Lakes Region Airport Shuttle did a fine job for us last summer - Logan to Y Landing (they even brought a car seat for our toddler) -

(888) 386-8181

They are located over in Tilton but that's really not important as I'm sure they will drive wherever is needed
