Default The Mount Looks Ready

Stopped by Center Harbor today and The Mount was looking very inviting. I can't wait to take my first ride this year.

Default Busy day or slow day

AD

You seem to have had either a busy day driving around the lake or a slow one, which allowed you to drive around the lake. Thanks for the pics. Soon we'll be out on island

Thank you for that beautiful picture of the Mount. I lost my mom on Friday and I am having alot of trouble finding things to smile about. That picture did the trick. Thank you for making my day.

Default Sorry for your loss

I'm sorry for your loss Chubbs. I'm sure your mother was a wonderful person and she's now with the angels. There's something magical and humbling about this lake where we all seek refuge. Wishing you and your family peace and comfort at this difficult time.

So sorry for your loss Brad. The lake is a kind of a retreat for me in that way...it is a healing place. It makes me smile too.

Very sorry Brad for the loss of your Mom.

Paul, did the rest of the harbor look as ice-free as it does in your picture of the Mount?

No not really, It was ice free out to about a 100 yards from shore and the rest looked like very light ice. It should be gone soon.
