Default Land Survey / Boundary

Can anyone recommend anyone that could do a land survey of our property?
I called one place and they said it would be about $2,500.00
(Meredith area)

Thanks

This gentleman charges just about the same price. I had him do my whole lot + some and the cost for a 1 acre plot was $2,550.00. Only received one print even though several views were available they were for extra charge. I received only a single plot plan for that cost and it went up from there.

idigtractors,

Based on your experience it doesn't sound like you were happy with Bryan.

I've used him a number of times on sub-divisions, verifying pins, etc. and have always been satisfied.

Sorry if I left that feeling regarding not liking Bryan. It wasn't that I didn't like him or his work, it was that everything was an extra at additional costs. His work was well done, but he did not explain what was available and that everything that we discussed that I wanted (drawings) was not included in the price he gave.

idigtractors,

Thanks for clarifying. I do agree you have to be very specific about what you want (or expect).

Default Bryan Bailey

I used Bryan recently to walk with me to review my boundaries, as he had done the original surveying for the previous property owner. Other than him being a little late for our appointment, I was very satisfied with the time he took to walk the whole perimeter of my property. His stories were entertaining, and his price was reasonable.

Hope this helps,
Bill
