So, what is out there in the NH ski land of Gunstock-Ragged-Tenney-Loon-Cannon-Attitash-Bretton Woods-Waterville Valley-Cranmore-Wildcat....any outstanding bargains available before I spend the big bucks?

Less, The current list of season passes for NH in here. http://www.skinh.com/seasonpasses09.cfm

If you are looking for a dollar menu type deal then I think I have your answer, its over hear in Andover, NH, its Blackwater Ski Area http://www.nelsap.org/nh/blackwater.html

Its not huge but last time I checked it cost under $10 bucks to ski all day and they also have lights for the night. I do not know if that is the resident rate or not but the school pretty much just lets other folks ski there because they are nice.

Could practice your jumping, downhill racing or cross country ski for free on our rail trail that passes the base of the slopes, (it goes right accross the end of my road, so if your on the trail Less, give a wistle on the way by.)

Well Les, if you get online to Cannon today you can still get the %25 NH resident discount on a season pass. $524 for you unless your 65 and then it's $299. Even Judd Gregg doesn't get this discount.

I get to ski for free at Cannon Monday - Friday; NH resident over 65. Not a bad deal.

And even immature NH residents, such as my wife, can get a ticket for $33 on non holiday Wednesdays. They also sell half day tickets from noon on.
