Default Para-Sailing?

Hi
Is Para-Sailing even legal on the lake? I remember in the late 80's and the 90s there was a company that gave rides out of the Weirs.

Would it be legal to obtain your own equipment and use your own boat for it?

Just Curious. The subject came up over the weekend.

Default Legal?

Certain legal if you pass the hurdles. I think you can do it informally if you're wearing proper equipment, observers, etc. If you really want good info, call MP instead of this informal body. (63) 293-2037.
