Question Wiring a new gas gauge

I have just installed a new "inboard" tank for an "outboard" motor.

Off the tank I have a ground wire and a hot wire for the sending unit.

I will be purchasing a gauge this week and need to know how to wire the gauge into the system (12volt) with that being said I'm not sure how many lugs are on the gauge itself, I assume 2...But not sure what wire goes where that attaches to the gauge.

Thanks for the help.

Last time I purchased something to be wired into a vehicle, it came with installation/wiring instructions. Not so for a new marine fuel gauge?

There will be 4 connections on the gauge, one +12V, one ground, one for the light and one for the + side of the sender.
