Default Old Handy Landing building at the Weirs

Anyone know what is going on in the old Handy Landing building at the Weirs ? I was driving by the other day and I seen what looks like an addition to the building going up in the back. It would be good to see something go in there cause it's been strange seeing the place empty after all these years.

Default be done soon

A friend of mine who is working there tell's me they are converting some of the building to condo's or apartments and I have to say they should be nice, it's close to everything in the weirs and right on the channel. Don't know if any dockage goes with them or not, but that would be a bonus

If that is accurate info, that would be a great place to live! We enjoy going up and down the Channel just to people watch and look at the boats. To be able to sit on your deck and watch the boat traffic all the time would be such fun. Tim, has your friend said when these properties would be complete?
