Default AKWA Marina Beach Bar

The band, Bend the Ride will be playing at AKWA this Saturday, 9/5, from 2 to 5 pm.

Default Always a Fave...

...we have always enjoyed hitting the Akwa for lunch. Mrs and I did that yesterday. Oystahs, shrimp caesar, and haddock sandwich. Yum!!

I think it was $52, before tip. We had those 3 food items, plus 1 diet coke each. I think I left $15 tip...trying to be good to servers these days, as they've taken a hit over the last few months, especially those whose full-time job is waiting tables.

I haven't been there at all this season but the few times I was in the past, I wasn't impressed with the food.

I have eaten there numerous times and found the food to be good
Not fine dining
But it is a beach Bar !!

I agree. I keep my boat there. Food is good not great not bad. I would like an expanded menu but I know the kitchen facilities are small.

Last time there I understood Harts managers the food. Is this still true?
