New "Thyme" Restaurant in Meredith?
New place has opened in Meredith, across from Sunshine & Pa's called Thyme. Has anyone tried it out yet?

We have tried them a few times. The food is quite nice, some of the standards, fish, pork loins, good sauces, and nicely prsented. There are a few different items such as fried green tomatoes, and corn fritters. Very nice people, nice food, prices are very reasonable. We did get a chance to talk with the wife and owner. They are a young couple new to the area, and have run a resturaunt down south ( forgot where ). They seem to be getting up to speed, and I would recommend them for a low key and nice dinner.

We had breakfast there one day last week. Its as described above with breakfast being added as a result of the owner recognizing the opportunity for business during Bike Week. Menu is limited but upscale, at least for breakfast.
Nice young couple are the owners. |
