Orange spots ?

Im hoping someone has an idea of what they are and more important, how to get them off my seats. Spent the day motoring around Lake Massabesic today. At the end of the day we put the toon back on the trailer and drove home. When we got home i got up in the boat and noticed a couple orange spots on the seats and on the front fencing. I am guessing that they are either bug splatter or bird droppings. I have tried everthing to get them off the seats and nothing seems to work. A magic eraser took it off the fencing with ease but nothing seems to work on the ones on the seats. I am so so mad. This was litterally the first day out with the boat since I did a complete restoration to it. These orange spots are going to drive me crazy. Anyone know what they are?
