Thumbs up Steve Buy Cooling and Heating

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his team. We started talking this summer about replacing our tired, very loud oil fired boiler with new. Steve walked us through the options. We ultimately settled on a propane fired Viessmann gas condensing boiler. Super efficient and quiet.

The install went flawlessly and the plumbing is like art (to me anyway!). It was cool seeing the snowmobile track looking thing that they strapped the old boiler to and drove up the bulkhead stairs.

Thanks Steve!

Agreed. Steve Buy came through for me in an emergency furnace replacement under some pretty nasty conditions. He went the extra mile and help me avoid burst pipes. I can’t say enough good things about Steve.

Default Congratulations

On going from oil to propane and purchasing the condensing boiler. I made the switch two years ago and save about 30% a year in heating cost.

Another note: I switched from electric hot water to NG on demand and my electric usage savings is about 70%!

Thumbs up Another thumbs up!

I discovered Steve Buy about a year ago. He's proved to be dependable, honest and personable. He's now my go-to guy for all heating work. He would be my go-to guy for A/C work, except we don't have A/C
