Pier 19--Closed 2 days in a row?

The Pier 19 Store, normally a 7 days a week operation with a handful of employees at any given time, has been closed for the past two days with no explanatory sign and newspapers piling outside. I'm pretty sure the boat gas pumps would be closed as well, but not certain

I hope they are OK, they're a fine crew. Any intel? Thanks

As Labor Day approaches, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support throughout this incredibly busy summer season. Your loyalty and enthusiasm have made it an unforgettable time for all of us at Pier 19.
In light of the hard work and dedication our team has put in over the summer, we've decided to take a well-deserved break to recharge and rejuvenate. Starting today, on Labor Day, we will be closing our doors at 3:00 PM.
But that's not all – we've decided to extend our relaxation period and will also be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. It's an opportunity for our hardworking team to rest and spend quality time with loved ones.

Their school aged employees went back home to school, their son went on vacation till Thursday, and the owner went back to his weekday business in MA. No help to keep it open. My son & son-in-law went in on Sunday and the place was packed w/only 2 people (cashier & cook) working.
