What is the model name? Also, if you know, the hull material and approximate weight.

16' Old Town Canoe
We don't know the model name or weight.
We contacted Old Town and they verified it's a 2002, but because of it's age they couldn't give us much more information. We've had the canoe since 2005, mainly kept at a friend's property on Cow Island. It has had minimal use. Thanks, Bill |

16' Old Town Canoe
Old Town suggested that it is probably polyethelene and probably about 85 lbs.
Hope that helps, Bill |

It looks like an Old Town Discovery I gave to my husband for graduation in 1999.

Thanks for the reply. The Discovery is a nice boat and that is a reasonable price. We are looking for something somewhat lighter for our situation.
