Default automobile oil change

Can anyone recommend a place close to Wolfeboro that does oil changes (I have a Dodge Durango)?

Thanks!

There is Miller Chevrolet/Dodge out on route 28 in Wolfeboro. I think they run oil changes specials. It be worth going out there.

I second that recommendation.

If you want to venture as far as Alton, then Tire Warehouse on 28S. is a good choice.

Default walmart

Funny - we were in Walmart on Friday... I cant believe the size of that place. too bad I didnt realize they had oil changes. My wife did comment that one could do their food shopping, pick up any household necessities, get a haircut and pedicure all in one stop. I guess add an oil change and what else would you need?

Is it (as I assume) just drive-in service?

Be weary of the "cheapie" Wal-Mart oil change. I have been told through a reliable source that they have a very inexpensive option in the lineup (less than $14.99) that utilizes recycled oil! The more expensive options are apparently fine. Recycled oil will probably work just fine, but I am more comfortable knowing that I have a good quality oil running through my motor!

They use Pennzoil unless a synthetic is requested (higher charge). $18.88 (with Pennzoil oil) is the least expensive package, the other packages just include 25-point checks and automatic fills of low fluids.

Does Wolfeboro have a Wal-Mart? The Plymouth Super Wal-Mart raised their lowest oil change from about 14.88 to 18.88 last winter. Saabs, and late model Silverado pickups.....the weathier one gets - the cheaper one gets...sighted at the Plymouth Wal-Mart.....

One time, the Wal-Mart oil changer got into an argument with me about how the large skid plate under the engine of my suv does not need to be reinstalled. "You don't need it!", he says.

FLL. You have got to be kidding. Does Wolfeboro have a Walmart? However, I did just hear on the radio that Miller has a quick oil change now, just drive in anytime without an appointment.

Ya, if you want 6 or 7 quarts of oil added back in a vehicle that takes 5.

7 quarts in a 5 quart pan?!?

I'm going to hang a copy of this thread on my toolbox so I'll feel better every time I change my own oil!

If anyone is looking for a great place for automotive work be sure to check out the new Meineke on route 11 in Farmington. It is right across from the Super Walmart there. The owners, Paul and Leslie go out of their way to help you, from finding inexpensive repair options to always finding the time to fit you in. I took advantage of one of their special offers and I have been going back ever since. I am extremely impressed with the service and I highly recommend them! Tell them the guy with the LandRover sent you!
