Default Flashing lights on Winnipisaukee & Winnisquam

See this message from Tim Dunleavy as posted about an hour ago on FB

Special thanks to the Marine Patrol Maintenance crew. They took advantage of the flat calm lake and deployed all the flashing lights on Winnisquam and Winnipesaukee before April 10th! Exceptions include Roberts and Cheatnut Coves...still packed with ice. Spar buoy replacement and relocation will be an ongoing process as we learn about and observe winter casualties.

Great job by Marine Patrol.

Dave
