Default Snowmobilers Caution

Even though we have had cold weather doesn't mean the smaller lakes are frozen over. We have had cold weather and then short warming trends, not conducive to solid freezing. Lake Waukewan had an incident this past week. See the link to the Citizen

Looks like he was alone, and could have put Merideth Rescue folks at risk. I understand itchin' to use those sleds, but let's all be safe. Certainly would rather talk to my snowmobiling friends than to talk about them after an accident.

Speaking of warming trends, we are looking at freezing rain on Friday morning changing over to all rain during the day. Patience, patience, Patience!!!!
